The Job

• Execute and implement recruitment activities and projects for store frontline positions
• Identify effective recruitment channels, organize and participate in mass recruitment campaigns
• Interact regularly with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide timely recruitment advices and services
• Prepare analytic reports as when required
• Perform other ad hoc recruitment or human resources projects as assigned
• Provide secretarial support to Resourcing Team
• Process data entry to system
• Career path is provided

The Person

• University graduate with a degree preferably in HR Management or a related discipline
• 3 year of relevant recruitment experiences in retail or related business with exposure in bulk recruitment
• Strong attention to details and deadlines
• Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
