Job Duties

• Handling correspondence and some receptionist duties
• General filing and record keeping
• General documentation works
• Assist the design team in preparation of presentation reports, design proposals and meeting agenda/minutes
• Other project duties as assigned
• Perform outdoor works when required

Skill Requirements

• Form 5/DSE or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good knowledge of MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing is a must
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Coreldraw and AI is an advantage
