Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservation and ticketing and assist group bookings;
• Provide information for customer needed, such as flights schedule, airfare, ticket conditions;
• Handle customers’ requests and complaints and provide necessary support and service in a professional manner;
• Prepare daily and monthly sales report and other relevant monthly reports;
• Collect market intelligence and prepare reports to management.
• Assist sales team in marketing activities.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum1 year of experience in airlines or travel industry.
• Knowledge in airline ticketing and reservation system preferably SABRE.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Tactful in customers handling, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good communications skills, detail-minded, patient, able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, self motivated and a good team player.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry.
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
