• Handle full spectrum of Human Resources in shop level, including orientation for new joiners, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Handle payroll administration, such as payroll calculation, overtime allowance, attendance and leave issues
• Maintain and update employee personnel records in SAP & filing system
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Provide support in office administration affairs
• Work on ad-hoc projects when assigned

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years Human Resource experience with at least 12 months in payroll calculation
• Well-versed in Employment, MPF & other HR-related Ordinance
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail-minded, positive and with strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in SAP system is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
• Full-time staff is preferable, however we will also consider Part-time staff who can engage at least 3 weeks in a month, and we welcome candidates who wish to return to the workforce
