As part of the HR business partner team, the incumbent will provide HR support to the operations team in a professional and effective manner.

The Job:

• Provide administration support on daily HR functions which include the handling of a variety of HR related correspondences, documents, HR reports, leave and attendance, etc
• Answer HR enquiries and greeting visitors
• Participate in the annual HR exercises, projects and staff activities, for instance, performance review and annual dinner
• Perform other ad hoc duty as assigned

The Person:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• 1 year of relevant HR experience preferably in retail or sizable company
• Passion for the retail industry
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and willing to learn & work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
