Job Description

Purpose

To provide office administration and services for the Hong Kong office and supervise the receptionists and tea ladies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement of office equipment, stationery, printing matters etc.
  • Negotiate with external providers for services agreements and arrange maintenance for office equipment.
  • Arrange conference room set up for guests including equipment booking and catering.
  • Handle travel booking arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to other company offices when required.
  • Assist Administrative Manager on annual budget preparation
  • Organize various kinds of staff activities and green related projects

 

We looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

  • Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Customer oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing etc.
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
