Job description and responsibilities

• Provide support on full spectrum of HR functions
• Assist supervisor for preparing and drafting documents
• Assist in hiring process, including submitting job postings and scheduling candidate interviews
• Assisting with employee relations
• Responsible for keeping records and arranging maintenance schedule for all stationery, office equipment and supplies
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• New Employee Orientation

Job requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferable in Human Resources Management
• General concept in labor laws and regulations are preferred
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Proficicent in both written and spoken English and Chinese a must
• Have good organizing and problem-solving skills
• Work accurately with good attention to details
