Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the all-round sales administration, coordination and analytical tools support to the team to achieve the department goal.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to the Sales, Planning & Operations teams
• Analyze sales performance of each point of sales on daily and monthly basis
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, brands and products information for internals and externals
• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and against forecast and customer's orders
• Assist in handling and consolidating sales & forecast reports for management
• Assist in preparing Top selling skus & hindsight report by brand by customers in quarterly basis

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent preferred
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in sales / planning reporting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications especially for Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with ERP systems, eg SAP
• Good command in both English and Mandarin
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• A good team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
