Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To perform customer services, including replying customers' queries, after-sales services
  • To assist in managing product listings, pricing and competitive offerings analysis
  • To assist developing product reviewers, blogger and influencer contacts across North America & Europe
  • Keep healthy inventory levels, stock-turnover. Clearance and management of aging and discontinued stock
  • Work within the team and across different functions/departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction



Requirement:

  • Diploma in any subject or equivalent. (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented individual with good logical thinking skills, sensitive to data is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of MS Access/HTML/CS/ Intellectual Property is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Foreign language is a plus.
