Out client is one of the leading financial institution in Hong Kong.  They are currently sourcing for an experience Operations Assistant to join their loans Department to manage the clerical work of their loans products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare funding advice, payment orders, ledgers and other related documents for draw-down and rollover of syndicated & bilateral loans;

• Dispatch funding advice and payment orders to treasury, settlement and remittance section

• Follow up rollover and rate fixing notice from agents for daily transactions and ensure daily transactions’ funds or fees are received;

• Input transactions details (such as Loan Draw-down, Rollover, Repayment, etc..) in the loan system;

• Prepare audit confirmation

• Filing documents;

• Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience banking operations or loans operations

• Familiar with loan processing

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Good PC skill and proficient in software applications including Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel etc.

• Self-motivated and hardworking

• Immediately available is highly preferred
