Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of HR & Administrative services;
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties for all outlets and office
• Responsible for maintaining office and restaurant maintenance and repair;
• Handle recruitment functions including job advertisement posting, resumes screening, interview arrangements, etc.
• Payroll calculation, maintain HR reports and handle office administration
• Develop and Implement HR policies and procedures 
• Maintain attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• 1-2 years  relevant working experience;
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
• Able to work independent with minimal supervision;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
• Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang, 1 min walk to MTR station
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
