Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of annual and interim report and any circulation to shareholders;
• Coordinate and prepare for various management meetings, board of directors’ meetings and general meetings;
• Compliance with all rules in connection with listing of the company; filing of documents, regularly or irregularly such as monthly return; annual returns and necessary notices;
• Provide assistance to the superior in any ad hoc matters;
• Report to the Board of Directors and Company Secretary; and
• Full company secretarial issues of listed group with operating subsidiaries in Hong Kong and PRC

Requirements

• Member / Finalist of the HKICS
• At least 5 years solid company secretarial experience in listed companies
• Well versed with the Main Board Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities Disclosure and relevant rules of other jurisdictions
• Good command of both Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• High proficiency in Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime with minimum supervision
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Company Secretarial Officer.
