The Job

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will:

• Provide comprehensive HR services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, benefits and payroll administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations and internal communication
• Maintain a strong communication network with all levels
• Take a proactive role in service improvements to meet the department’s objective to become the Preferred business partners of internal customers
• Provide value-adding HR services to different departments

About You

You should have/be:

• A degree with at least 5 years solid experience in full spectrum of HR work experience
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
• Pro-active, resourceful, service-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical mind with problem solving skill to produce quality output under tight timeline
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient Putonghua would be an advantage
• Passion in heritage/art/culture
