Senior HR Manager (based in Shanghai, China)

Responsibilities:

To provide professional HR support in full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations and performance management
To support the department head in managing China HR issues
To formulate and implement HR strategies & initiatives in alignment to business objectives
To work closely with line managers with proactive and consultative approach in formulating and executing people strategies for recruitment and staff engagement initiatives
To explore the training needs, conduct training and organize various people development training programs in order to enhance staff whole-people capabilities
To translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned with business objectives and labour regulations
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years hands-on HR experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial position from sizable companies
Well verse in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation is preferable
PRC exposure with solid experience in China Labour Law, Individual Income Tax and Insurance is imperative
Excellent communication skill, strong in execution and project management
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Ability to work under pressure
Stationed in Shanghai, China
Immediate available preferred
