Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily administration duties, including office equipment & facilities maintenance, office supplies administration, office housekeeping, general insurance renewal etc.;
- Handle incoming calls, mails and correspondences from internal and external parties;
- Organize meetings, conferences, company events and staff activities
- Handle travel bookings including flight, hotel and car pick up arrangements
- Prepare reports and expenses claims
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with Macau labour law / employment ordinance
- Solid working experience in handling human resources and administrative tasks in Macau
- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Responsible and attentive to details
- Mature, well-organized, independent and positive
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
