Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily administration duties, including office equipment & facilities maintenance, office supplies administration, office housekeeping, general insurance renewal etc.;
• Handle incoming calls, mails and correspondences from internal and external parties;
• Organize meetings, conferences, company events and staff activities
• Handle travel bookings including flight, hotel and car pick up arrangements
• Prepare reports and expenses claims
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with Macau labour law / employment ordinance 
• Solid working experience in handling human resources and administrative tasks in Macau
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Responsible and attentive to details
• Mature, well-organized, independent and positive
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
