Our client is Financial Service Company which is now rapidly expanding and now looking for an HR & Admin Assistant to join their team. 

Job Duties

• Support full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationship and office administration
• Assist in coordination regarding hiring, interview arrangement, onboarding to off boarding and so on
• Assist in whole payroll administration, MPF and medical scheme enrollment
• Assist in HR policies implementation and general office administration
• Handle general office administration tasks including office equipment maintenance, office renovation, procurement, vendor/contractor management, insurance renewal and fixed asset management, etc.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience, preferably gained in HR & Admin area
• Well versed with Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
• Knowledge in Hong Kong HR & Admin management experience is a plus
• Good HRIS knowledge and skill
• Excellent interpersonal skill and organizational skill
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, and English, fluent in Cantonese
