Responsible:

• Provide full spectrum of executive and secretarial support to CEO including translating documents, letters and reports where appropriate
• Organize and coordinate events, meetings, business trips and appiontment
• Prepare different business correspondence – letters, reports, agenda, minutes, presentation materials, etc
• Liaise and coordinate with various business partners
• Assist in business activities and handle ad hoc projects and assignments
• Communicate with suppliers from Japan
• Co-ordinate with forwarders or arranging courier for goods delivery
• Translate documents for both in Chinese and Japanese
• Occasionally travel with the CEO to Japan and overseas

Requirement

• University degree with at least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Japanese Speaking is required (JPLT Level N1)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Japanese and Mandarin
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in the field of Cosmetic, Beauty or Healthcare is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administration Manager and less experience will be considered as Administrator
