Responsibilities

• Build relationship with organizations, leverage capital intelligence, employment branding and other sourcing venues to build diverse sourcing capabilities

• Cooperation with operations leaders and district manager to ensure achieving HR efficiencies through the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources.

• Maintain good employee relations by organizing staff activities to ensure effective communications, team building and staff motivations

• Develop and comply various human resources reports and statistics for management review

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements

• Coordinate with requisitioning departments, the recruitment of employees following established standards, policies and procedures; assist them in the orientation, training, development and evaluation of their personnel.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• 10 years solid HR experience with minimum 5 years in managerial grade and sizeable scale company (300+)

• Experience gained from retail, FMCG or hospitality industries preferred 

• Strong manpower planning, and performance management skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Able to work under tight schedule with positive thinking style

• Familiar with MS Office including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance and related regulations
