Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in daily HR operations by using HR system, including job roasters, daily attendances, recruitment process (e.g. professional certification), leave records, accounting records and interview arrangement, etc.
- Provide general clerical support, administrative, and reception duties (e.g. member enrollment) independently;
- Stable working hour, work overtime is not required;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
- Maintain job matching, personnel files and filing system ;
- Assist the development and enhancement of internal HR system to meet operational needs;
- Analyze and prepare regular HR-related report;
- General support and ad-hoc task assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or Human Resource Management or related discipline is preferred;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing;
- Well-organized with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, willing to learn, high attention to details and accuracy and able to work under pressure with tight timeline;
- Well knowledge in leveraging social media tools would be definitely an advantage;
- Experience in Customer Services or related working experience is an advantage;
- Fresh graduate will be welcome;
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.
