Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide general reception duties, including but not limited to greeting visitors, handling telephone enquiries, taking messages, meeting room reservation.
  • Meeting logistics arrangement such as tea servicing, arrangement of florist and plants, preparing necessary meeting documents, equipment setup, etc.
  • Assist in all logistic support for reception and PR events when necessary.
  • Arrange courier delivery and handle all incoming and outgoing mails / parcels and fax.
  • Manage inventory control and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception and office area and meeting rooms
  • Liaise with building management for lighting replacement, aircon problem, etc.
  • Provide support to other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned
  • Outside work such as purchasing of offices supplies, pantry products and meals, urgent mails dispatching, is required.

 Requirements:

  • DSE or above / equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience as receptionist and/or in customer service / hospitality industries to high-end customers.
  • Familiar with the standard of reception and business etiquette for business activities / PR events.
  • Experience in PRC corporation and/or financial services company has an advantage.
  • Good team player with pleasant and nice character, responsible and self-motivated.
  • Willing to learn and take up additional duties.
  • Presentable, professional outlook with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Immediate available preferable.
