Job Description

Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Fully support on stock management and make sure all shops keep an optimum inventory level
  • Create labour, production and distribution schedules
  • Responsible for shop planning, visual merchandising and inventory & stock management 
  • Analyze region's needs, events and market trends
  • Facilitate sales strategies and marketing promotion to maximize overall store profitability
  • Propose commission / incentive scheme to boost sales and staff performance
  • Drive and motivate team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • 8 years or above experience in retail brand management and operation support
  • Ability to identify and commercialize business development opportunities
  • Self-stater and highly motivated with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Initiate, support and achieve the key business strategies
  • Good communication skills with positive attitude
  • Team work spirit, flexible and ability to work under complexity and pressure
  • Proficiency in English writing and reading is required, while fluent Mandarin is a plus
  • Average MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills is compulsory
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Operations Manager

 

 

Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to all retail stores of the brand in HK
  • Assist to improve the existing operations workflow and performance
  • Assist Manager to follow up store operation issues, include monitoring of inventory level, stock deliveries and stock take arrangement
  • Collaborate closely with Store Manager/in-charge to ensure the smooth run of operations
  • Coordinate with marketing team in arranging in-store visual display materials or retail marketing materials, marketing promotion and event.
  • Assist to prepare various sales reports, incentive report, promotion report, monthly report and market analysis
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above 
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail brand management and operation support
  • Good communication skills with positive attitude
  • Team work spirit, flexible and ability to work under complexity and pressure
  • Proficiency in English writing and reading is required, while fluent Mandarin is a plus
  • Average MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills is compulsory
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Operation Assistant
