Responsibilities

•Perform as a strategic business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to internal customers

•Liaise with senior executives and line managers on full spectrum of HR services including manpower planning , organization structuring, compensation and benefits, performance management and talent development

•Assist in developing and implement manpower reports for effective recruitment and development

•Assist in integration and change management through effective communication and team building activities towards corporate values

•Support the implementation of HR strategies, procedures and policies

•Perform ad hoc HR duties as required

•Responsible for payroll, taxation and MPF administration

Requirements

•University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines

•Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR management

•In-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment laws and practices

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit

•Mature, self-driven and able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently

•Well organized, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded

•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua

•Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

•Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
