Job Description

Job responsibilities: 

  • General reception duties including greeting guests, answering incoming calls.
  • Mail handling for office and arrange courier
  • Responsibilities for purchasing and managing the office stationary
  • Assisting other departments to issue invoices and activities
  • Provide support to office administration duties including maintenance of office fixtures and procurement
  • Monitor and update staff leave and attendance records
  • Assist and participate in as hoc duties as assigned.
  • Outdoor work may be required

Qualifications:

  • Form 5/DSE or above
  • At least three years relevant experience
  • Must be self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and hard working
  • Effective communication skills in interacting with people at all levels.
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Good in Ms. Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available is an advantage
