Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

• Working with line managers to define and update job descriptions and selecting the most appropriate sourcing method for each role
• Manage the interview process from coordination interviews to feedback from candidates and line managers
• Uploading adverts, updating the company website and engaging employees in the company referral scheme where necessary

On boarding and Off boarding Process Management

• Contract Management
• Manage the all on boarding and off boarding process
• Manage any ad-hoc requirements for HK employee visa application and extension

HR System Implementation

• Assist with System installation, Data Migration, User Acceptance Tests and System Implementation
• ESS Training Coordination
• Collate feedback and handle enquiries from system administrators and end users

Performance Management

• Run year end appraisal and target setting exercise to ensure 100% returns

Day to Day HR Operation

• Compile and update employee personal and leave records
• Contract and letter generation
• Handle staff enquiry
• administer payroll and invoice settlement

Support other ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• A degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office, advance skills in Excel
• Diligent, resourceful, meticulous, organised and proactive team player
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Well verse in local employment ordinance
• Hands-on experience in HRIS Implementation would be an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
