Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and visual support to the gallery director on gallery operations, administrations and exhibitions.
• Responsible for all promotional and communication materials with fairs, auctions houses...
• Manage gallery social media and online platforms
• Upkeep Artwork database and promotional material stock
• Assist in Computer and software troubleshooting
• Responsible for chinese liaison
• Maintain and update daily display items and gallery presentation

Requirements :

• Strong interest in antiques and art
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Able to handle multiple task and maintain schedules
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Graphic design proficiency with design software including Adobe Illustrator, photoshop. Knowledge of Sketchup and iMovie will be an advantage
• Proficient in Mac OS platform a must
• Fluent in english
