Administrative officer/ Secretary, Full Time
Location
Tsim Sha Tsui
Hours
- 6 days work week
- Monday to Saturday
- 0930am to 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
- Provide office administration duties and filing system management and perform other ad-hoc assistance when required.
-To handle inventory and prepare regular inventory reports and ad hoc reports.
-Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Director & Senior Executive
-Manage and preparation of exhibition, travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotels and visa application
-Handle shipping documents including import & export documents; order processing; invoice preparation and etc.
Requirements:
-Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Open-minded to new ideas, and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
-Mature, clean, tidy, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills.
-Good Communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
-Overtime work may require
-Fresh Graduate would be considered
-Immediately available preferred
