Reporting to General Manager – Leadership Development, the incumbent will be given the opportunity to impact the development of our current and future leaders across the Swire Group.
The Job:

• Responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing management of coaching frameworks with a focus on performance, development and career management for our Group Staff and House Staff (Management Trainees) during the first 8 years of their career
• Provide regular coaching to this pool of high performing, high potential employees
• Communicate, execute and measure the impact of the coaching and development initiatives
• Work in partnership with operating companies and Line Managers to create and execute development plans that are customized to the individual employee’s development needs
• Manage the implementation of the Leadership Development Section’s tools and frameworks (e.g. Performance Review Process, Leadership Profiles, Assessment Centres, 360, Mentoring etc)
• Analyse and evaluate performance and development data to track trends, leadership strengths/weaknesses, and inform changes to the programme for incremental improvements.
• Support GM-LD on ad-hoc projects to deliver our vision and strategy
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, with a focus on leadership development
• Experience in coaching and mentoring
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, problem solving and drive for results
• Passionate about developing others
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
