Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct training on selling techniques, customer services and product knowledge;
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process;
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities;
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, or relevant disciplines;
- 1-2 years relevant experience in recruitment, especially in training;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to work independently, mature, detail minded, be proactive and be a good team player.
