Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll calculation, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management and Employee Relations etc.
- Provide coaching and support to HR team in the general administrative
- Analysis HR data and provide HR statistical reports and solutions
- Implement HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above in HR Management or relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in Hospitality / Catering industry
- Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations & related legislations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applicant & Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, outgoing, innovative, independent and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Less experience will be considered as Senior Executive/Executive.
