Responsibilities

• Assisting lawyers with the daily handling of civil and criminal litigation cases
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, documents and litigation bills
• Attending court hearings and legal visits
• Attending court filing, service of pleadings and documents when needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ prior experience in litigation practice. Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Qualified as a Legal Executive under the rules of the Law Society of Hong Kong is an advantage but not a must
• Ability to handle files independently is a definite advantage
• Good language skills, responsible and a good team player
