Job Description

職責:

  1. 協助處理公司有關行政相關工作。
  2. 協助處理公司日常運作,包括公司行政接待、檔案管理、後勤保障、行政文件處理、新員工入職安排、組織員工活動等。
  3. 執行臨時委派之工作。
  4. 需配合各部門的工作

入職要求:

  1. 中五以上學歷,具有一年以上經驗者優先考慮。
  2. 拥有香港或者海外副学士或者高级文凭教育经历优先。
  3. 良好電腦處理能力,包括office等。
  4. 良好粵語、普通話及英語,中英文書寫倶佳。
  5. 抗壓能力及適應力強,敬業正直,責任心強,忠誠度高。
  6. 具備良好的溝通能力、協調能力、團隊管理能力。
