Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls and follow up on direct marketing and events
• Handle sales enquiries from customers and channel partners
• Make appointments for Sales Team
• Prepare sales analysis and reports
• Grow and maintain existing and potential customer relationships through proactive telephone activity

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above
• Good telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
• Experienced in media, advertising and promotion planning
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are highly preferred
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Immediate available preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
