Senior IT Recruiter/ Lead - Recruiter :

This role requires you to take holistic charge of IT Staffing for our fast growing Hong Kong region. 

Experience : 5 - 10 yrs experience in Recruiting IT talent in Hong Kong

Previous hiring experience for Hong Kong government will be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities that include preparing Job analysis & Job evaluation for the effective selection process.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience into Recruitments. 
• Conduct ongoing research for Niche & Vanilla Skills in emerging trends, issues and best practices on Hiring. Selection, Salary negotiation, Offer rollout & follow up with the prospect for successful on-boarding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate effectively and concisely - both orally and in written form 
• Strong analytical skills required, including ability to analyze multiple sources of data and recommend actions based on analysis. 
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine for improvement of organization's policies and practices.
• Creates a recruitment sourcing strategy and develops multiple channels to build candidate pipeline for targeted position
