Job Description

Responsibilitibies
 
1. Implement and maintain an effective Security Management System for the company operations according to the client’s requirements                                     
 
2. Provide professional advice and design security management plan for clients
 
3. Ensure security services provided to clients are cost effective and of a high standard including  training of security staff, conducting periodic drills and exercises
 
4. Manage and motivate an effective security operations team to oversee security services supplied to clients                                                                                           
 
5. Select and arrange suitable security staff on duty at responsible sites                                           
6. Meeting with clients and handle complaints & enquiries and carry out adequate action to achieve customer satisfaction                                                                 
 
7. Oversee the preparation of duty rosters and ensure most cost effective use of available staff   
 
8. To plan and supervise the security operations of ad hoc event as assigned

Qualification

Diploma above or relevant certificate​
-
​
Certificate of First Aid / Train the Trainer / Safety Supervisor is preferred
-
​
Minimum 6 years' experience in security service industry / disciplinary services
-
​
Excellent leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills​
-
​
Self-motivation with professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
-
​
Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
-Holder of driving license is a must
