Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-round HR functions such as payroll, ​MPF, ​​recruitment, staff performance management and benefit administration
• Handle staff issues including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, labour cases and work injury
• ​Review and implement HR procedures and policies​
• Provide consultative and operational support to line managers on HR matters
• Perform ​as a gatekeeper for all HR processes and procedures are in compliance with local regulations and company's internal requirements.
• Prepare formal HR notice and organize monthly meeting with line managers
• Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with ​at least ​3 years​'​ work experience in HR field and well​-​versed to HK Employment Ordinance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written Chinese and English​
