KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Human Resources Director, oversees and manage the overall HR operations of the Company’s network in Europe and America, as well as contribution of best practices in the Asia Pacific area.
• Update and review existing HR policies and procedures with accordance with the changing environment and local governing laws.
• Act as executor and communicator with various departments to implement and enforce HR strategies.
• To provide consultative and operational support to line manager on HR matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
