Handle full sets of shipping documents

Handle arrival notice to Shipper, receivers in readiness of cargo discharging/loading

Responsible for system data entry, filing and compliance checking

Handle inquiries from Master, Shippers and Receivers

Prepare daily operation report and port information to Masters

Go on board vessels 

-Qualification

Matriculated or above

With marine or relevant working experience preferably

Self-motivation and good communication skill

Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Working location: TST
