Job Description
工作職責Job Descriptions
- 接待客人及管理前台, 提供優質顧客服務。
Greet visitors in a professional manner and provide excellent front desk services to the guests - 處理日常電話、 一般行政及文書工作、訂購文儀等所須用品、日常郵遞信件以及文件存檔。
Handle general office administrative duties, e.g. Handle incoming telephone calls, documents and letters, stationery, invoices, courier, travel arrangement, company’s internal functions, etc - 處理由上司安排之工作。
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
入職要求Requirements
- 中五或以上程度,具兩年或以上相關工作經驗者為佳
Form 5 or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience - 具備良好電話對答能力及良好溝通能力, 並且能操流利廣東話, 英語及普通話
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills with fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese - 端正,有禮貌, 細心, 盡責, 守時, 勤懇。
Presentable, pleasant, responsible, punctual, well-mannered and self-motivated - 懂Microsoft office、中英文打字。
Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
