Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle new account opening for clients
  • Provide support to sales and customer service teams
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Undertake administrative and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with 1 year of experience in handling paperwork
  • Sound knowledge of MS Windows and Office
  • Fair written English, written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Fast and accurate Chinese and English typing
  • Honest, patient and willing to learn
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Fresh graduate also consider
