Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Network servers (including mail servers, application servers, file servers, etc.)
- LAN/WAN network implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Weekly user hardware and software support
- Maintain hardware and software inventory, perform software audit
- Data backup and recovery
- Defining and implementing information security systems and standards
- Perform data quality, it assets and information security audits
- Research system problems by reviewing objective and scope, gathering facts, data
- Consult with users and vendor to define needs and coordinate system implementation
- Maintain and enhance existing application packages
- Perform software quality control
- Research and review evolving technologies
- Installation, configuration, monitoring and administration
- Analysis, and propose solution to the problems
- Manage and oversee existing licensing programs and operations
- Assist all aspects of administrative management and coordinate with operation
- Provide administrative support to daily restaurants operation related activities
- Communicate with restaurants
- Design shop menu
- Prepare shop related reports
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years working experience
- Experience in F&B Industries is an advantage
- Knowledge of HTML, H5 & SQL a plus
- Able to handle web-based applications and database management
- Possess hardware maintenance knowledge
- Logical and analytical with strong problem solving skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, organization, good team spirit
- Written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Self- motivated, detail-minded and service oriented
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
- Immediate available is preferred
