Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and/or review purchase requisitions/orders
  • Source price quotations and prepare purchase requisitions/orders
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for issuing purchase order and inquiries
  • Follow up orders and monitor the delivery schedule
  • Arrange Goods Received Note, goods checking, delivery note and invoice
  • Manage and update all Logistics Documents and records
  • Assist in administration & ad hoc duties when required

 

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above;
  • 1- 2 years working experience in purchasing related IT industry is preferred
  • Independent, wiling to learn, detailed-oriented person
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good in MS application
