Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare and/or review purchase requisitions/orders
- Source price quotations and prepare purchase requisitions/orders
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for issuing purchase order and inquiries
- Follow up orders and monitor the delivery schedule
- Arrange Goods Received Note, goods checking, delivery note and invoice
- Manage and update all Logistics Documents and records
- Assist in administration & ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above;
- 1- 2 years working experience in purchasing related IT industry is preferred
- Independent, wiling to learn, detailed-oriented person
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good in MS application
