Responsibilities:

1. To provide full spectrum of professional and personal assistance as well as secretarial support to Director
2. To assist in business development related activities
3. Assist the Director in handling daily correspondences and coordinating meetings and projects, prepare meeting materials; take meeting notes and follow up actions after the meetings
4. Organize travel arrangements, prepare itinerary, presentation and other logistics arrangements
5. Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
6. Perform ad-hoc duties as required
7. Travel overseas required occasionally

Requirements:

1. Higher diploma or above
2. Minimum 2 years' secretarial or relevant working experience
3. Proactive, independent, strong sense of responsibility
4. Detailed minded and hard working
5. Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
6. Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
7. Immediate availability is preferred
