Job Description

Requirements:
a. Form 6 graduate, with 2 yrs working experience in office coordination, record keeping, also in book-keeping, reception, and record filing.,
b. Assist manager in office Admin & operation tasks, coordination duties, under instructions of the manager / company, to ensure timely delivery
c. perform office admin & clerical work and to interview customers.,
d. Handle and arrange incoming & outgoing calls / courier / documents / letters / emails
e. Polite and good reception manner , mature skills, work alone & be independent
f. Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin
g. To provide general clerical support and customer services
h. To co-ordinate, visit home work with clients when necessary .,

Work and Skills requirements:
i. Self-motivated, hardworking, detail oriented and on roster work schedule duties to work weekends thru Fridays Saturdays and Sundays (on negotiated scale ) for customers and our clients.
j. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
k. Strong customers communication and interpersonal skills
l. you are required to work roster Long -Short week plan company policy Most applicants welcome if you physically FIT for the job nature.
