Responsibilities:

• Responsible for computer equipment repair end-to-end administrative support which includes coordination with HK & China Customer Support Teams in scheduling jobs to Customer Engineer (CE)

• Update CE available schedule, communication with customer on onsite repair arrangement, update system on call dispatch, follow up with CE on Closing Form and return part after onsite task 

• Manage assigned cases in system with timely data input for case closure 

•  Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders

• Assist in the preparation reports and data analysis

• Ad hoc activities as required

Requirements: 

• Secondary school graduate or above

• With related working experience

• Good PC skills with proficiency of MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Both read and write proficiency in English

• Professional phone skill and manner in Cantonese. English and Mandarin as when needed

• Eager to learn, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasking to meet deadline

• Good teamwork with effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Immediately available is highly preferred
