Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to payroll and MPF administration, compensation & benefits operations, employer’s return handling, maintenance of staff attendance and leave records
• Support in recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, hiring and retention
• Handle staff enquiries and other HR ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Retail industry
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, HR Practice and regulations
• Good attention to details and work independently
• Proactive, self-motivated and be a good team player
• Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available
