Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process sales order
- Manage internal logistics to ensure daily business runs smoothly
- Maintain sales order documentation according to internal regulations
- Prepare daily reports and documents
- Provide support in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years' sales admin. working experience
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Capable of working independently & proactively
- Good at multi-tasking with attention to details
- Individuals who are well-organized, reliable, and good team player is highly preferred
- Well- versed in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Immediately available will be an advantage
