The Role on Offer…

Tasked as the primary point of contact, the incumbent is responsible for attending to the day-to-day operation. Conjunction with the rest of the centre team members, the incumbent play a key role in delivering an exceptional professional and friendly service to all business centre clients, visitors and prospects, ensuring excellent clients’ relations and satisfaction.

• Representing the face of the company, you’re expected to extend the most courteous and efficient service to clients and maintain professional image at all times
• You’re truly passionate about customer service and actively seeking for innovative method to enchant each clients’ experience
• Individualistic is never part of your dictionary. You establish tacit connection with your centre team members and deliver high working efficiency

What Is Expected

• A self-starter with tremendous initiative, drive and passion and who believes that “nothing-is-impossible” and will not settle for the second best
• You’re meticulous, creative, inquisitive, resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills
• Bubbly, sociable who loves a great degree of networking
• Experience in a similar customer/guest service role of a corporate, high customer-contact environment, and /or prior working experience with leading global airlines (cabin crew), hotels, integrated resorts and/or high-end service enterprises will be advantageous
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
• Able to commence work immediately/within short notice which would be an added advantage
