Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial & administrative support on legal matters
- Secretarial support on legal & business related documents
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties on legal projects
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
- 5 years’ relevant working experience on commercial legal transactions and documentation, preferably with large commercial law firms or sizable in-house legal departments
- Proactive, meticulous, well-organized with mature communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good written and spoken English
