Job Description

Scope of Work

  • Manage all Board, Committee and shareholders logistics and documentation, and be the communication channel for shareholders to ensure efficient communication within the entire corporation;
  • Responsible for organizing Board and Board Committee meetings, and prepare meeting agenda, meeting papers, resolutions and other corporate reports;
  • Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the Company and its subsidiaries, monitoring company’s Business Registration Certificate renewal and other Registrar of Companies related matters included;
  • Provide support in preparing and translating interim/annual reports, circulars, announcements and handling administrative matters and report to the management timely;
  • Translate documents from English to Chinese, and vice versa;
  • Provide legal support to legal director and clients;
  • Assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects.

 Requirement:

  • 3 years’ experience of Hong Kong, BVI, and Cayman in company secretarial affairs with financial services institutions.
  • Associate Member or above of HKICS/ICSA;
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese
