Job Description:

  • Provides basic reception duties
  • Conference Room Booking
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Perform general office administrative support
  • Assist in organizing company event
  • Provide clerical support to office administrative work
  • To prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting agenda and minutes. 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

 

Requirement:

  • Form 7 / DSE or above
  • 1- 2 years receptionist/ clerical/ administrative work experience is prefer
  • Hard working with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good organizational skills
  • Good team player, proactive, positive and attention to details
  •  Good command of spoken Chinese, Mandarin & English (Fluent in Putonghua is a must)
  • PC proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
